Biskut Coklat Badam....




Resepinye:

250gm mentega/butter
150gm gula aising
1 bj telur
1 sdk esen vanila
300gm tepung gandum
50gm tepung koko
50gm tepung jagung
100 gm serbuk badam/badam cincang

Caranya:
1.Pukul mentega/butter,perlahan2..masukkan gula icing,telur dan esen vanila.
2.Masukkan tepung gandum,tepung koko,tepung jagung dan serbuk badam.
3.Campurkan semua bahan dan gaul sebati.
4.Canaikan adunan dan terap
5.Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 15-18 minit.

Ingredients:

250gm butter
150gm icing sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
300gm plain flour
50 gm cocoa powder
50 gm corn flour
100gm ground almond

Method:

1.Cream the butter and gradually work in the icing sugar,egg,and vanilla essence.
2.Fold in the plain flour,cocoa powder,corn flour and graund almond.
3.Roll out the dough
4.Use cookie cutter to cut the dough
5.Bake at 180C for 15-18 minutes.
